| I'm
asking you this question, because you seem like you have had a lot of the
same experiences that I have had, just on a much larger scale. I have seen
things before they happened, figured things out, but never been able to
tell the difference between something that's really going to happen or an
idea. Anyway here's my question. Four nights ago, I was laying in bed not able to fall asleep and I heard footsteps (on my left) going up the stairs, to the living room, they weren't very loud but they walked around the upstairs for a while then went silent. I looked at the clock, it was 1:40am. This freaked me out and then I sort of saw something in my ceiling, it was just a face, not clear at all but nothing I had ever seen before (and it was pitch black, so its not normal to see something with a shade of lightness) The next night, I was laying looking at a clock, and I heard the same noise, but a little louder (this time I saw no face), but once again it was 1:40. I was sure it wasn't my parents so it kind of freaked me out, same time, same sound, just louder. Last night, I came home from the movies around midnight (I saw fear.com which was absolutely horrible) and went to bed. I couldn't fall asleep again so I was laying in bed looking at the pictures on my wall, I heard the sound really loud. I just about muddy my pants and thought to my self (if its 1:40 I'm going to freak). I looked at the clock. 1:42am. Didn't see anything but it was so loud, and it clearly walked around my entire upstairs then came back down the stairs and disappeared, I am so freaked out. Do you have any explanation of this? |
BJ's ANSWER;
There can be several explanations to this phenomena. You may live in an old
house or a new house built on an area that once had a house in or near, the same
foundation as your present house. In this case there could have been a living
person, who possibly came home from work at 1:40AM every night, and has left an
etheric imprint, upon the atmosphere of your home area. This is like a 'picture
negative' where energy from an event, has been played so many times, that the
etheric realm has recorded this event, and it may continue to play over and over
again. This is a past event in Time. Time is another Dimensional Space. We
are only observing a progression of Time, here on Earth, for this is the only
place, that Time, as we know it, exists.
In this case, what is
known as a Time Bleed, may be happening in your particular area, and you are
only experiencing another dimensional event.
Although this may be frightening, it does not necessarily mean you are experiencing Ghosts or Sprits, as many believe. Many Time Bleeds, in my experience, simply disappear one day!
Other events such as this, are seen because a certain person, such as yourself, may be experiencing high emotion, which may effect the chemicals of the brain. Some psychics believe this is how they are able to 'see' into other dimensional realities. By training yourself to seek calm and peaceful surroundings, one may find relief from such phenomena. Prayer or meditation seems to help. In severe cases calming prescribed medication may help.
In my experience, it is rare that any such phenomena will harm someone physically. Our state of mind is most important! I also suspect through my research, that projected holograms are used on many people around the world, in experiments done by very real factions. This however, is not what I believe is happening to you, from the information you have given me.
Hope this helps.

I have read your question before but only now decided to answer, as I have found where I read an account of crystal structures. In the book 'The Andreasson Affair, Betty Andreasson describes an Alien abduction, where she remembers traveling to a different realm. She saw crystal structures that hung in the air, and reflected a rainbow of colors. She saw different sizes and shapes and passed through them, somehow. She also saw pyramids with faces upon them, but she said the faces were of a male/female type face, with aspects of both gender. She also seemed to be traveling upon a walkway, at some point and this reminded me of the walkway that was described in a Mary Summer Rain book, where this author described an out of body experience, with her spiritual teacher, No Eyes. This I believe was called, the Time Corridor, where one can step off into certain times, as well as other dimensions, and other humanoid planets. I just thought you might be interested, as your experience is quite fantastic! I would like to hear more, anytime. Sincerely, BJ

I have learned, from a time in my life where I could not sleep, that when the body is sleep deprived, the sleep 'session' simply takes over. I believe that our so called dreams, are a way for us to go back to our 'natural' state, upon the astral plain of reality. We do this every night, so as to be released from our duty upon Earth, even for a little while. Most of us forget, just as if we were born again into another lifetime, or as some have explained, we drink from the river of forgetfulness, once again. I feel it is a 'need' we must fulfill, each day, or we cannot be refreshed enough, to tackle the human condition. Possibly, you have been traveling to another realm, just as you would if you were sleeping. Instead, as you could not sleep, your astral body, simply took off, leaving your biological body, still awake. I also feel that without this astral travel every night, our bodies cannot heal properly. Without this 'sleep' we cannot think clearly, as the connection to mind and brain, is weak. The true self, seems to take over for our survival, escaping the biological body, anyway it can. Just another thought. Sincerely, BJ

| Hi,
I see ghosts and I've asked questions about them. I don't know what to do because I'm becoming more and more scared of being in dark places, because it is then, that I am able to see ghosts, most often. Every time I go into a dark hallway, or any place that is in almost total darkness, I cover my eyes, and I get really panicked and scared. My question is; If there is some way that I can overcome being scared of those moments, so that I can stop worrying about stumbling upon a dark area. Any help would be great. Thanks :)

BJ's Answer:
This may not be a comfort to you, but please remember that Nothing can harm you, in my opinion when it comes to the Spirit World, if you do not wish it. The only harm that can be done is by your own fear! Even when I see a television program such as Scariest Places On Earth, where they show a family, going into a so called haunted location, the families are mostly afraid of their own fear! I have yet to actually 'see' anything paranormal going on, in any of these shows. The people are simply scaring themselves! What has been said many times before; You have nothing to fear but fear itself. I also found that praying for protection and help from God, was always a great comfort and also by imagining a Golden orb surrounding you at these times, acts as a sort of screen, of protection, if needed. On another note, the so called 'Spirits' that we've come to know, seem to be mere reflections on an infinite dimensional space. One space or dimension may be observed, on rare occasions, causing the observer to think they are seeing a ghost! I do not at this time, believe that we are actually seeing the so called dead. We seem to be seeing certain People, as they exist in another dimensional space. On even more rare occasions, they seem to be seeing us!

Question;
How do you keep Spirits from showing up anytime of the day or night, if you are a Psychic or an ESP Experiencer?
BJ's Response;
I can honestly say, that this indeed has been a
problem I have had to deal with all my life. It can be most unnerving, when upon
awakening, you have the image of a Person standing over you! One never
gets over this kind of fright, but I have learned new ways to manage this
frightening experience. Just like the movie, 'The Sixth Sense' as the child in
the movie, sees so called, Dead People at any time of the day or night, this is a true picture
of what many ESP Experiencers, go through. I did not find it horrible as a
child, because many images of strange entities, seemed good and kind and not
troublesome at all. I simply did not attract gruesome looking entities. Later,
when I was told by the one Church, that this sort of experience, was the 'Work
of The Devil', I began to experience horror, as I became frightened. The more
frightened I became, the more horrible the vision, I was to see! After many years
of needed study, I finally began to find peace once again. Peace in the
'Knowing' that no Evil could enter my world, unless I lost my faith in the
protection of God! I feel it was a horrible thing that happened at this Church! The Church took an innocent child, who had nothing to fear of the spirit
world, and turned her into a weak, frightened, and mixed up little girl. The
church is supposed to be a place of comfort and saving grace, but too much talk
of the so called 'Devil' changes the heart of the innocent! After, I learned not
to fear again, I realized that Spirits or entities that exist in light
frequencies that our human eyes cannot comprehend, gather around all of us much of the
time. They are not here to harm us and most seem less interested in us as people
but rather are somewhat interested, in our experience. If I do not
want to 'see' images in daylight hours, I simply speak out loud, to the
entities,
explaining that I appreciate their caring and watching over me, but I do not
want to see anyone showing up in full view! I ask then to come to me, instead,
in the form of a dream or as I like to call it, "Dream Time'. There I am more
able to speak with the entities, and have made many friends upon 'The Other
Side'. If one is still worried about 'Ghostly' visitors, I always suggest leaving
an electrical fan running in the bedroom at night. One may also keep on a small
night light, even the plug-in kind, and this also helps one not to bump into
anything, when getting up during the night. I also have a television in my room.
I feel the electricity somehow disrupts the energy, that is used somehow, to
manifest views of what some term, 'The Other Side'. If one is really
frightened at night, I also suggest leaving on a small television, with the
volume on low, during the night. Peace of mind means more than an electric bill.
After awhile, one usually become more comfortable, and may only need a small fan
on, at night.
Question;
Is there a curse on my family or on me as an individual? If so, please help me straighten this matter out.
BJ's Answer;
Many times people believe they have
been cursed, when in fact, it is the attitude they, themselves, have taken upon
themselves and the family, that has returned as a so called 'curse'. When my husband is
not appreciative of his work and all the gifts that come with his business, he
takes on a gloomy attitude. This in turn, brings his fear to life, and next he
isn't doing so well. This then, leads him to believe that he was 'Right all
along' and he continues to use this as an excuse, for doing poorly, until I have
to tell him to, 'Snap Out Of It!'. As soon as I explain, once again, that
'Thoughts Are Things', and he could only make his life better if he would look
on the bright side! He then tries, thinking Positive, and soon his business is
doing better than ever! Nothing that another does, can harm you, if 'You Do Not
Believe It Will!'
QUESTION;
I've watched several discovery channel shows proving that paranormal does not exist. Like ghosts are hallucinations brought about by certain frequency waves induced in the head, and ghost pictures (orbs, etc.) being just camera defects or lighting effects, and near-death experiences being just the brain flooding with info when near death. So what is real?
BJ'S ANSWER;
The opinion of the Scientific Community changes with every new 'Discovery'.

Near Death
Experiences Taken Seriously by Science
26-Dec-2001
After years
of ridicule and denial, scientists and doctors are finally beginning to take
near death experiences (NDEs) seriously, as shown by a report in the December 15
issue of the respected English medical journal The Lancet.
In a recent study
conducted in the Netherlands, Dr. Pim van Lommel and colleagues studied 62
patients who said they had a near-death experience after going into cardiac
arrest. They found that factors such as medication and the duration of
unconsciousness did not explain the phenomenon. “Our results show that medical
factors cannot account for occurrence of near-death experiences,” says van
Lommel.
A small number of people who survive life-threatening
circumstances report having had “an extraordinary experience,” says van Lommel.
These experiences often involve visions of a light or a deceased relative,
flashbacks of life events or an out-of-body sensation.
Researchers in the
past have dismissed these experiences as being caused by brain cells dying from
lack of oxygen. Others point to psychological factors such as fear of death, or
to the changing state of consciousness people may go through in a
life-threatening condition.
NDE researchers usually ask survivors to tell
them about the events long after they occurred. The investigators tried to
overcome this problem by interviewing cardiac-arrest survivors within days of
being resuscitated and again 2 and 8 years later. In the first interviews, 62 of
344 survivors (18%) reported near-death experiences. All 344 had been clinically
dead, meaning they were unconscious due to a lack of blood and oxygen to the
brain.
The patients’ near-death experiences varied, with 41 having a
deeper experience and the rest reporting more superficial events. Two years
later, 6 out of the second group decided they had not had a NDE. But the
patients who did have one were able to recall it “almost exactly” 8 years later,
the researchers found. In contrast with cardiac arrest survivors who did not
have a NDE, they were less afraid of death and had a stronger belief in an
after-life. They also were more interested in the meaning of life and in showing
love and acceptance to others. However, getting through their hospital
experience was much more complicated for NDE patients. Their positive changes
were more obvious after eight years than they were after two years.
“The
long-lasting transformational effects of an experience that lasts for only a few
minutes of cardiac arrest is a surprising and unexpected finding,” says van
Lommel. “Society’s negative response to NDE ... leads individuals to deny or
suppress their experience for fear of rejection or ridicule. Thus social
conditioning causes NDE to be traumatic, although in itself it is not a
psychotraumatic experience...Only gradually and with difficulty is an NDE
accepted and integrated.”
A nurse said that one patient was in a coma
when she removed his dentures. Later the patient identified her as the person
who knew where to find his dentures, and he accurately described where they
were-- in the drawer of a medical cart. He said he had seen the events from
above the hospital bed and watched doctors’ efforts to save his
life.
Half the patients said they were aware of being dead, and about one
in four had an out-of-body experience. Nearly one in three said they met
deceased people. More than one in five said they communicated with light, and
nearly a third reported moving through a tunnel. More than one in 10 said they
reviewed their lives, and more than one in four said they saw a celestial
landscape.
The researchers could not find any clear explanation for why a
small percentage of patients had a near-death experience while most did not. If
“purely physiological factors” like a cutoff of oxygen to the brain were the
cause, most of the study patients should have had an NDE. “We did not show that
psychological, neuropsychological, or physiological factors caused these
experiences after cardiac arrest,” the researchers say.
Most
neuroscientists believe that consciousness is a byproduct of the physical brain,
that mind arises from matter. But if near-death experiences are real, this means
that people can be conscious of events around them even when they are physically
unconscious and their brains do not show signs of electrical activity. How can
consciousness be independent of brain function?
“Compare it with a TV”
program, says van Lommel. “If you open the TV set you will not find the program.
The TV set is a receiver. When you turn off your TV set, the program is still
there but you can’t see it. When you [turn] off your brain, your consciousness
is there but you can’t feel it in your body.” He says his study suggests that
researchers investigating consciousness “should not look in the cells and
molecules alone.” Dr. Christopher C. French of the University of London thinks
NDEs could be false memories and says, "Recent psychological studies have shown
conclusively that simply imagining that one has had experiences that had in fact
never been encountered will lead to the development of false memories for those
experiences.” He suggests that this may happen due to patients’ natural tendency
to try to fill in gaps in their memory caused by their brush with
death.
“We have understandable and natural urges to believe we will
survive bodily death and we will be reunited with our departed loved ones,”
French says. “So anything that would support that idea -- reincarnation,
mediums, ghosts -- presents evidence of the survival of the soul. It’s something
that we would all desperately like to believe is true.”
Bruce Greyson, a
professor of psychiatry at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, says
that current experiments are being done in which tiny signs are placed on the
ceilings of hospital rooms, so that if people are genuinely having out-of- body
experiences and hovering over their beds, they will be able to see the signs and
provide proof of the phenomenon. “Brain chemistry does not explain these
phenomena,” he says. “I don’t know what the explanation is, but our current
understanding of brain chemistry falls short.”
QUESTION;
| My husband
swears our son is psychic, or has some kind of intuitive power. He talks
about things that are about to happen, and sometimes he knows what I have
for him. For example, the other day, we were driving and he was in the back seat, he said 'grandpa's car' his grandpa's car was nowhere to be seen, so we had no idea what he was talking about, he's only 2, so we assumed he was just babbling. Then about 5 seconds later, his grandpa's car came around the corner, he could have not seen it before we did, because it was about 2 blocks away in the intersection front of us! and awhile ago, I brought some peanut butter crackers for him, I had them in my purse, I usually bring a snack home for him, so it may just be coincidence, but I usually bring chips or a power bar for him, but he ran up to me and grabbed my purse, and yelled, 'gimme peanut butter crackers, mom' It was surprising, that he knew exactly what I had for him. are there any signs of psychic powers, and how can I nurture this kind of gift? thanks for your help, it's kind of unusual to me to believe in this stuff, but I think he may actually have some kind of connection, or gift, or something I cannot explain! |
BJ'S ANSWER;
Your son seems to be very gifted, and by letting him know, that this is a
natural part of being who he is, he will soon learn that it is OK to be what
some know as 'Psychic'.
There are many more children arriving upon Earth these days with heightened
intuitive abilities. Nurturing his gift, is a great way to help him feel
accepted, and to encourage his talents.
