QUESTION;

 I was adopted and I know nothing about my birth family. Could you tell me anything about my health that I should know about? Will I ever meet my birth mom? Anything that you could share with me would be helpful. Thank you for your time.

BJ'S ANSWER:

You seem to be predisposed to suffering bouts of depression. When this happens I would seek a doctors advice and not let it continue for too long. I usually do not answer these type questions, as I must go into 'Dream Time' in order to get more detail, and this can be physically difficult, at times.
I do hope this helps a bit, and if I do see anything in Dream Time concerning you, I will write back.

Thank you so much! You are right about depression, I just started taking meds in March for it! If you have anymore feed back for me, it would be great! I will check out the sites you have told me about.

New QUESTION:

I don't want young people or the impressionable to read strange stuff on this board and think that it has anything to do with God or Spirituality. There are so many people here who want to label EVERYTHING spirituality to the point that nothing has meaning! This is the tyranny of the ignorant. Comments always welcome!

BJ'S ANSWER;

Being a Spiritual Being is our very nature! The Paranormal is not to the exclusion of being spiritual. Most of us state we are spiritual, because we do not practice a fundamentalist view of Religion. Also, no one has a monopoly on ignorance. We who experience the paranormal, as some call it, find this very natural and while being God/Goddess/goodness loving creatures, we can be just as ignorant at times, as so called Christians, Jews, whomever. Everyone is individual, and this person is very angry because she fears, what she does not know.

QUESTION;

I was wondering if you could sense any doom and bad things that might be happening in the next couple of years. Thank you for your time.

BJ'S ANSWER in April of 2002;

I will assume that you mean the World in general.
I see a huge explosions taking place in South Africa. I can't say whether it is a volcanic eruption or an asteroid or what it is, but I know it will be seen from space as red explosions covering a great part of the southern tip on the East side of Africa, as seen from space. I see more Dome houses being built and many more steel framed homes. I see war for the next three years, and then it subsides. I see science knowing about "Space Aliens" and announcing it to the public. I see the space station having a huge set back. I see the announcement of a cure for most cancer within the next three years. I see the announcement being made that all living creatures have an intelligence never know before. I see a surge in vegetarianism, in the next three years. I see many shelters being built underground now.

I see so much it is difficult to put in all down, but these are just some of the things.

QUESTION;

Well, I'm an avid fan of the 60's soap opera, Dark Shadows.....and sci-fi is of course re-running the episodes. The show is at the point where Victoria Winters was condemned as a witch and sentenced to hanged by the neck until dead. My thoughts starting running and somehow it reminded me of a question that has been bothering me for years.  I often wonder why so many of the Christian people I meet, claim that when one dies they'll be going to a "better place", and yet when they are confronted with the subject of death, they act scared. I don't believe, or rather want to believe that these people are afraid of going to hell.......as first I don't believe in a hell, but that's another subject.

Why is it, that when one who claims that we will be in a far better place when we leave this world get so scared and frightened over death? I suppose as one who walks a Native American path (Lakota) I find it hard to comprehend, although I have never been face to face with death myself (in this lifetime).

The reason why I find it urgent to ask this question is because my father is 80 and my mother is 79 and just recently I noticed that they are getting extremely depressed and scared that they will not be here in 10 years or 15 years or whatever. Both are very staunch Catholics and somewhat remind me of what is portrayed of moral character of those strict Christians 150 years ago. Is there anything that I can do to help them, without, more or less, making it sound as though I'm pushing my path onto them? I appreciate an answer to the reason of this fear and what I can do to help my aged parents. Thank you.

BJ'S ANSWER;

I once found myself lying in a hospital bed, thinking that I would die that very night. At first a fear came upon me, but I knew all about the 'other side' and in my daily life, I felt no fear of dying, so how could it be that now I felt fear? I then realized that I first feared not being able to 'come back, as I had during out of body travels, and next I felt the fear of 'pain from my loved ones' at the loss of the human ME. Would I become lost on my way to the other side this time? Would I like it there, as I had before in my 'travels'? How would I stand up emotionally to my 'Life Review'? Had I done enough for humanity? Did I accomplish all I'd set out to do here upon Earth?
Soon enough however, I felt a calm come over me. I remembered that God loved me and that there was a time for everything. I knew somehow that all would be well again, and that life does go on.
I am still here to tell this story, but I remember the fear and then the calm. I do hope this helps.

QUESTION:

What was the real reason behind the insane witch hunts that took place? I know that part was due to Puritan beliefs, but I read somewhere in a textbook that it was due to some contamination in the yeast they used in the breads back then that produced a mass hallucination. Is there any truth to any of this? Thanks.

BJ'S ANSWER;

At the time, people were in great fear of the peril that seemed to befall anyone struggling to make the movement towards America, for religious freedom. If one could blame misfortune upon the Devil, then it would seem so much more justifiable to root out 'anyone unusual' in order to take action, for the difficult times. This helped some feel in control of their environment and religious justification. Too many horrible crimes are committed in the name of religion!

Another point being, the judges of so called witches, felt more powerful and well feared, by the community, keeping them in control, and thus 'in power', of the clan. Those pointing fingers at so called witches, seemed to get the greatest attention, and this seemed to be something expected, of the Puritain young people, who were bored and repressed.

An Opinion.

QUESTION:

As children are new to this world from the other side and have not forgotten their psychic abilities, is it possible that one who is mentally challenged (I hope this is correct term) have this ability for life? I know a woman who is 38 years old in body, but mentally, she is only 5 years old. I know each of us have a purpose to fulfill in each lifetime, but can people like the one I know be seers and visionaries?

BJ'S ANSWER;

Many children are seers or visionaries, as they have not been programmed, not to be. When one chooses a life, from the other side, that they will live upon Earth, it is for learning a particular set of lessons. Those whom choose to be Mentally challenged, would seem to be the bravest souls, in creation!
The Brain, is used upon Earth while the Mind is all knowing. When one is introduced to his or her physical body, the brain may have a certain limited ability. The brain being a sort of computer, and only able to download it's capacity. Depending upon what areas of the brain have been damaged, one can assume, in my opinion, that intuitive areas, or psychic areas, may be working at full capacity, even if others areas have limited areas for 'download'.

QUESTION;

Who has had experience with the Mozart Effect? I love all of Mozart's compositions, so listening to his music would be great, but is there anything to this thing that Mozart's music has a positive effect on the brain and aids in memory and learning? I just read on the web page for the Mozart effect that it could also help with cognitive abilities.......any truth to that, or is it just a way to get people not interested in classical music to listen? Like I said, I love Mozart, but was just curious about this. Thanks.

BJ's ANSWER;

The book entitled, The Mozart Effect' (I had sitting here on my desk but someone has made off with it, at the moment, so I do not have the Author's name, at this time) is a terrific insight into this subject. Mozart is sighted for the particular effect the music has upon biological beings, especially children. It would seem that Mozart's parents, one an opera singer and one a composer, even influence the young child inside the womb. This is one reason given for the unusual abilities of Mozart and his compositions. It would seem the music, help to stimulate brain activity in infants, children, children with disabilities, and also pets, and plants. I find when listening to Mozart strings, in particular, my grandson is calmed, my pets fall asleep, and I relax, so much.

QUESTION;

I've just started doing (learning) chakra work and so far, had the best luck with the 3rd eye chakra. I started this 2 weeks ago, but I notice now that if I go a day without doing any kind of 3rd eye meditation or 3rd eye chakra work, I wind up with a headache that is WORSE than the migraines I normally suffer. However, the moment I start to do the 3rd eye meditation, the headache is usually gone in just minutes. Is this normal once one begins to do 3rd eye meditations? I appreciate any comments. Thanks.

BJ'S ANSWER;

You describe your meditation on the third eye, and I feel the projection of energy thrown out in front of your forehead. This is also an easy way I find, to get rid of migraines. I used to get terrible headaches, until I started projecting the 'headache' out in front of me, moving farther and farther off in the distance. This would somehow project the pent up energy flow, out of my head, thus getting rid of the pain. I cannot say for sure if this is what is happening to you, but it may be a possibility. Never rule out seeing a medical doctor, when needed, as well.

QUESTION;

Something weird happened last night. My boyfriend left for vacation yesterday. He is driving across country and will be gone for two weeks. I went to bed feeling sad and missing him. I prayed that he would have a safe trip and then I thought to myself that whenever I missed him, I would just think of him really hard and maybe he'd get the message and think of me as well. At that EXACT moment, my cell phone rang, which was across the room on it's charger. The caller ID showed that it was him, so I answered it. He said, "You called?" I was confused and he asked me if I had just called his cell phone. I said no and told him I was in bed. He said, "That's really weird. My phone just rang one time and your name was lit up across the caller ID." Is there any way that I made his phone ring by thinking of him and trying to send

BJ's ANSWER;

It is possible! Humans are made up of Flesh, bone, and electrical impulses, among other things, such as water. Everywhere we go, we seem to leave an electrical signature, for even a short period of time. Many people find that they have strange electrical happenings, whenever they are upset, as well. Sometimes elevators will get stuck, street lamps go out, and phone ring. In my opinion, Thoughts Are Things and Thoughts do manipulate matter. It is our Will behind the thought that determines it's happening. Thus, very emotional thoughts, seem to cause an effect, at times.

QUESTION;

My account of my visit to "The Tracks" in San Antonio Texas.
For those of you who don't know what the tracks are, let me give you a quick run down.

The enigma surrounding these tracks began in the 1930's, when a school bus full of children stalled on the tracks unaware that a fast moving train was heading for them. The school bus was hit by the train, and everyone on the bus was killed. Soon after the horrible accident, people began reporting that when they would put their car in neutral, about a hundred feet away from the tracks, the car would be pushed all the way over the track. What's odd about this is that as the road approaches the tracks, it inclines uphill. The Haunted Railroad tracks have been featured on several national shows, and have been investigated by scientists, none of whom can explain the phenomena of the railroad tracks. Some say it there is an odd force of gravitational pull at the tracks and that is what pushes the cars. However, most people will agree that the spirits of the children and the bus driver push every car over the tracks, so that no one will ever meet the same fate that they have.
I have spent the morning looking for sites that deal with the tracks and they are almost non-exsistent I didn't know why until I emailed a webmaster that used to have a lot of info on them.
He said that he was contacted by the city of San Antonio and asked to "Modify" his story because the city was being over run by "Nuts". (Hey, they called us nuts.) I believe this is what happened to most of the sites about it. Why would this track attract so many people from all over the world? It's real, that's why.

Here's my account of my experience at "The Tracks:

In 1981, my girlfriend, my best friend, and I decided to check out the tracks because my girlfriend had a cousin who lived in San Antonio and had told her about it. She swore it was true and we laughed at her. We left on a Friday night after telling our parents that we were going camping at an area lake, and we drove straight there (300 mi.) We arrived about 3 am on Saturday morning and the tracks were pretty much abandoned because back then the media had not really picked up on this and it was still a local thing.

We stopped about 100 feet from the tracks, put the car in neutral, and I got out and put talc on the trunk lid. I was laughing and making fun of the fact that we were facing up hill, the way a teenager will do. I got back into the car and got in the back seat with my girlfriend. My best friend was in the front seat trying to find a "cool" song when we moved just a little. He turned the radio off and said "We Moved!". "Sure we did" I replied. "We DID!" he shouted, and at that we heard voices and the car started moving. It rolled the full 100 feet...... UP HILL! When it stopped on the other side of the track, all of us just sat there and tried to rationalize it. We never came up with a rationalization. The part that scared us the most was the talc. We had totally forgotten about it and we drove all the way to a diner before we realized. When we got out to look, there in the talc........ Well, not really in the talc, ON the talc was little hand prints. We got into the car and drove straight back to Dallas

My best friend married my girlfriend and we haven't talked since, so I don't know what kind of impact that experience had on them except that we were never as close anymore.
I know it got me started in the paranormal investigations field and made me realize that I didn't know everything. I have done many investigations of "haunted" places that were not haunted at all and I found it out. I have been to many haunted places, (as you can see at my site.) but I have never brought myself to go back because I really believe it. I need no extra proof.

Thanks for your time,
CW
